The Superintendence of Securities and Insurance Companies approved the first bond issue of Aglomerados Cotopaxi S.A. for an amount of USD 6,000,000.00 through Resolution No. SCVS-IRQ-DRMV-2020-00004275 dated July 22, 2020.
After the financial and risk analysis, the bond issue of Aglomerados Cotopaxi S.A. received one of the best AAA ratings, evidencing the strength of the company.
